Tyler W. LeBaron
-MSc., PhD.
Tyler W. LeBaron, MSc., PhD., has a rich history of research, education, and awareness of molecular hydrogen. As early as 2009, he began educating on the benefits of H2. In 2013, he created a website that later turned into a 501(c)3 science-based nonprofit focused on educating the public about the science of molecular hydrogen which he is the founder and executive director of. He is also the director of IHMA and IHSA, as well as on the board of directors for the American Hydrogen Health Association. In Academia, he has published many papers on H2 gas. He studied at Nagoya University and currently teaches for Southern Utah University. Tyler works tirelessly in his free time to support the work of the Molecular Hydrogen Institute (MHI), donating both time and money to the cause. Tyler is the founder of a few local businesses in Southern Utah, giving him expertise in business advisory on top of his science background. He consults for a variety of companies to help them bring quality products to the public. Tyler also invests a significant amount of energy into practicing what he teaches. In fact, he successfully competes in competitive arm wrestling and cardiovascular competitions such as running races and towerthons. Whether he’s consulting with health brands, competing in arm wrestling, or speaking to global audiences, Tyler shows up with the same energy: consistent, curious, and committed to doing what works.

Tyler LeBaron isn’t just a researcher—he’s a relentless athlete, a truth-seeker, and a natural educator. His passion for health education began as a teenager. While still in high school, he qualified for and ran the Boston Marathon. He balanced a love for speed and strength, pursuing both endurance sports and weightlifting—an uncommon duality that reflects his belief in testing what works, not just what’s expected.
